Managers

Team Managers

Team Managers are a critical part of the team.  Major duties include:

  • Scheduling games in SportsEngine
  • Tracking game results
  • Team Communications
  • Supporting Coaching staff as needed

Please refer to the Coach & Manager Guide for information on how to manage your team through the SportsEngine desktop site and mobile app. Included in the Guide are instructions for team communications, managing the calendar, scoring games and more. Additionally, there is a SportsEngine Help page located on the Home menu or through the link below. On this page you can find links to helpful videos.


Instructions for Team Managers

Create new (or use current) SportsEngine account for accessing the OBBA website team pages.  To create a new account, click on the “Create an Account” link in the upper left corner of the page.

  • Enter a unique Username and Password for yourself (please write this down and keep track of it) and click “Sign Up”. If you already have an account on a different SportsEngine site, please use the same username/password (ex. Orono Hockey, Baseball, Football)
  • Follow the steps to "Activate" your account.
  • Send email to OBBA website administrator to request access a specific team page- include your name, SportsEngine username, team name, position with the team and contact number.
  • If approved, you will be granted permission to access your team’s home page(s) on the web site. Team pages are found under the “Team” section of the site.
  • After permission has been granted, you will receive a confirmation reply. Then you can login, go to your team’s page and begin editing the content.
